Monticello kindergarten students performed a rendition of “The Thing” during halftime of the Monticello girls basketball game against Pecatonica on Jan. 27. Fourteen students from Mrs. Fahey’s class took part. The next halftime show at the school will be on Thursday, Feb. 9, when the Monticello boys host Black Hawk.
