RED OAK - Richland Free Methodist Church is celebrating the 46th anniversary of the reopening of the old "Jerusalem" church on Sunday, April 27.

The bell rings for worship at 10:15 a.m. with special music by Tyger Johnson, a one man band from Dakota, Ill.

The Rev. Lyle Babcock has been pastor there since the reopening of the building in 1962. Visitors are invited to stay for the potluck at noon, as guests of the present members of the congregation.

The Sanctuary and washroom facilities are handicapped accessible.

For those unable to go to the basement, the potluck will be delivered to them in the sanctuary.

The church is located on Richland Road between Scheider and Red Oak Roads.
