MONROE — Fowler Dental Clinic is now scheduling back to school dental appointments for the month of August.  Fowler Dental Clinic, a pediatric dental clinic, provides free dental care to financially eligible children. Patients must be between 1 and 15 years old, have a permanent address in Green or Lafayette County and receive one of the following: free or reduced school lunch, Wisconsin Forward Health/Medicaid coverage, no other dental insurance.
