Molencamp: DA column could have held truths
Letter To The Editor

From Monte Molencamp

Monticello

To the Editor:

I have had the pleasure of knowing District Attorney Craig Nolen now for about 20 plus years. I know his family personally and I have used Craig as my personal lawyer. I have come to realize that his words and his actions match, so I trust him 100 percent. I can truly state I have been more than satisfied with working with Craig, as he represented me. I have no issues with saying he was my lawyer and he represented me well. I read his guest column in the Monroe times and one of the questions I had was what did Craig have to gain by stating what he said; or was it Craig trying to inform the public about the truth? There are two candidates saying Craig lied, but yet there are no specifics in what lie he said! If you’re going to make statements like that, please be specific and to the point so that I, as a reader of The Monroe Times, can understand what Craig lied about, unless it’s just the unpleasant truth.
