The Cheesemakers set six PR times in the meet.

"It's not as many as we had a goal set for, but at this point in the season they are physically and mentally tired," Monroe-New Glarus coach Linda Moser said. "With conference Friday at Fort Atkinson we will be focusing this week on maintaining a positive, competitive attitude in the water as well as training hard and improving our nutrition for what will be the toughest two weeks of the season."

Monroe sophomore Anna Latimer set a PR in the 100 backstroke (1:29.12), and senior Kylie Houston swam to a PR in the 200 freestyle (2:46.43).

Monroe-New Glarus will compete at the Badger South Conference meet starting at 5 p.m. Friday at Fort Atkinson.

"I'm excited to see what the girls will do at conference," Moser said.
