Diana Lynn Westphal, age 70, of Monroe passed away surrounded by her family on Monday, April 22, 2024 at her home.  She was born on December 20, 1953 the daughter of Leonard and Ruth (Wells) French.  She graduated from Monroe High School in 1972.  She went on to receive her cosmetology degree from Capri Cosmetology College.  Diana was united in marriage to Donald Westphal in 1995. 

Diana was a cosmetologist at the Parkside Salon for many years.  She was also a CNA at Pleasant View Nursing Home.  Diana loved the outdoors, especially camping with her husband.  She also cherished time spent with her children and grandchildren. 

Diana is survived by her husband, Don; children; Marci Anderson of Freeport; Jeremy (Jennifer) Brown of Wisconsin Dells; and Jason (Kala Booth) Brown of Monroe; grandchildren, Laci, Josh, Zach, Zander, Zaisha, Leo, Amber, and Brecken; great-grandson, Rowan; and brother, Duane “Butch” (Amy Gutzmer) French of Monroe. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Robert French; and sister Donna Severson.
