On August 19: ● At 1:02 a.m., officers arrested Byron D. Tillman, 39, of Freeport, IL, following a traffic offense stop in the 400 block of 18th Avenue. Tillman was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated-1st offense and also cited for speeding and operating without a valid driver’s license.
