● 8:44 p.m. A deputy responded to STH 81, Elk Grove Township for a traffic complaint. Cristobal Hernandez Lopez, 27, Bagley was arrested for Operating Without a Valid Driver’s License (2nd Offense) and Resisting and Obstructing an Officer. Hernandez Lopez was transported and booked into Lafayette County Jail and remains in custody. Hernandez Lopez was also cited for Operating Left of Center, Operating While Intoxicated (1st Offense), and Speeding. Lafayette County EMS assisted.
