JANESVILLE - Blackhawk Technical College is supporting business development in Green County by offering six new workshops at its Monroe Campus. Starting in mid-March these one-day, single-topic workshops will cover a wide range of areas such as customer service, building relationships and dealing with stress. Led by BTC instructor Lisa Schaffer, the workshops being offered are: • Working with you makes me crazy: creating a drama-free workplace: Offered March 15, this workshop covers how to have difficult conversations to create intentional plans of action.
