GREEN BAY — Cade Meyer, a 2021 Monroe High School graduate, scored a career-high 25 points in UW-Green Bay’s 70-64 win over Kansas City on Saturday, Dec. 10. Paired with seven rebounds, Meyer earned the Associated Bank Player of the Game honors.
In his sophomore season, Meyer is averaging 11 points and 3.2 rebounds per game.
The Phoenix are currently 1-1 in the Horizon League and 2-8 overall. UW-GB’s first win was on Monday, Dec. 5 against conference opponent Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. In that game, Meyer scored seven points with three rebounds.
The Phoenix travel to Stanford next on Friday, Dec. 16.
