Bantams have winning weekend

MONROE - The Avalanche Bantams had a winning weekend on home ice hosting 3 games at SLICE. Friday night the Bantam team beat Waunakee 3-2.

Goals were scored by Alex Landen, Eric Bush and Jake Trickel. Matt Hodgson had an assist and goalie Brennan Bescup had 21 saves for the game.

On Saturday, the Bantams won 9-0 against Middleton. Trickel had a hat trick for the game with three goals.

Ethan Studer and Tyler Johnson scored two goals apiece. Additional goals were made by Bush and Hodgson.

Hodgson, Johnson and Landen each had play makers for the game with three assists apiece and Trickel also had an assist.

Goalie Bescup had three saves.

Saturday the team faced off against Kenosha, leaving with a 3-1 win. Goals were made by Trickel, Landen and Hodgson. Assists were recorded by Bush, Studer, Hodgson, Trickel, Brett Jones and Max Cruse. Bescup recorded 39 save for this game.
