You would remember her giddy smile and contagious laughter as she found happiness in the littlest things in life. One of her favorite pastimes was enjoying time with her beloved husband and dog as they enjoyed morning coffee and cocktails on their decks in the evening.
Sue is survived by her husband of 50 years, Ralph of Monroe; her daughters, Laurie (Marvin) Massey and Jennifer (Dave Dahms) Whitney; grandchildren, Whitney and Spencer Massey, Jessica Whitney-Johnson, Cassaundra Thonen, and Rachel Johnson; siblings, Janet Shepherd-Meier and Robert (Larry Sonsthagen) Shepherd. She is further survived by nieces and nephews, Chadwell, Michelle, and Matthew Meier; and her loving companion, their dog, Buddy; and granddog, Scout.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, John Shepherd.
