Ronald Leo Fuchs, born May 19, 1955, passed away on August 27, 2026.
Ron is survived by his wife, Jolene (Brennan) Fuchs; his daughters, Crystal (Aaron) Goecks-Zuehkle and Tamara (Michael) Manley; and his son, James (Maggie) Fuchs.
He is also survived by his grandchildren, Alyssa, Sydney, Madeline, Jocelyn, Jillian, Katie, and Bentlei; great-grandchildren, Aliana, Delilah, Jaxton, and Elijah; sister, Esther (Lester) Stephens; mothers-in-law, Joyce Brennan and Eleanor Wolf; brothers-in-law, Mark (Peg) Brennan and Carl (Chris) Brennan; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his infant son, JJ Fuchs; his parents, Walter and Kathryn (Wealti) Fuchs; siblings, Kathleen (Frank) Herlein; Melvin Fuchs; Harland (Eileen) Fuchs; George (Bonnie) Fuchs; grandsons, Austin and Devin Manley; nephews, Brian Stephens; Mark and Mike Herlein; and father-in-law, Donald Brennan.
Ron was born in Monroe, Wisconsin, and attended school in Argyle. He spent most of his life working in the local area, with positions at Alphorn Ford, Monroe Mack, Trucks Inc., Mueller Implement, and Carter and Gruenewald.
Ron enjoyed the Green Bay Packers, NASCAR, and classic cars. Over the years, his hobbies included camping, fishing, deer hunting, garden tractor pulling, mud bogging, and line dancing. He was often recognized by his favorite Stetson cowboy hat, Montana Silver belt buckle, and cowboy boots. Above all, Ron took great pride in his children and treasured time spent catching up on their lives and hearing about his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Ron will be remembered most for the love he had for his family and the pride he took in simply being part of their lives. Whether he was sharing a story, catching up on the latest news, or enjoying time together, he had a way of making those moments matter. The memories he leaves behind will be treasured, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
A Celebration of Ron’s Life will be held on Wednesday, September 2nd, from 2–5 pm at Shriner-Hager-Gohlke Funeral Home.
