MONROE — After more than 12 years, Peppercorn Banquets and Catering operated by Shirley and Randy Haglund will leave the Ludlow Mansion event space June 30. 

Ludlow Mansion Events, operated by Greg and Penny Fedders, will begin operations July 1 with a new format and expanded event spaces to include a new pergola and access to the first floor of the Mansion. 

Ludlow Mansion Events will undertake a complete remodel of the event space to update and add windows, lighting and decor to meet the needs of customers. 

The new event center will have an open vendor policy for food allowing customers to choose from a varied list of preferred caterers, choose their own caterer or provide their own cuisine. 

Ludlow Mansion Events has also expanded its bar service to include its outdoor spaces for the comfort and pleasure of its customers.
