MONROE - A Reedsburg man is being recharged for a bar fight in Green County after failing to pay nearly $17,000 in restitution. Jeremy D. Golackson, 44, was originally charged in 2012 with a Class I felony count of substantial battery with intent to cause bodily harm and a Class B misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. The case stems from an incident in March of that year at Old Smokey's, 1301 17th St., in Monroe.
