MONROE - Benjamin J. Stewart, 22, Brodhead, was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle crash reported at 8:03 p.m. Monday, June 3, in the W2200 block of Greenbush Road in Decatur Township. The vehicle was moderately damaged and driven from the scene.

DARLINGTON - Daniel J. Wonders, 24, Mineral Point, reported at 11:22 a.m. Friday, May 31, that he hit a deer on Shortcut Road in Willow Springs Township.
Stephan J. Seffrood, 64, Gratiot, reported at 11:52 p.m. Friday, May 31, that he hit a deer on Wisconsin 11 in Shullsburg Township.
Clarice I. Pehl, 76, Gratiot, reported at 9:25 p.m. Saturday, June 1, that she hit a deer on Wis. 11 in Wayne Township.
No injuries and minor vehicle damage were reported from a two-vehicle accident on Wis. 78 in Gratiot at 9:48 a.m. Sunday, June 2. Virgil L. Kingery, Jr., 38, Gratiot, was backing out of a parking stall when he hit a legally parked vehicle belonging to Crystal L. Dieken, 38, Gratiot.
Daniel Manarrez, 36, Addison, Ill., was taken by Rural Medical Ambulance to Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County for treatment of injuries he sustained in an ATV accident on the Cheese Country Trail at 3:39 p.m. Sunday, June 2. He was northbound when his vision became impaired by dust, causing his ATV to fishtail and then stop in the opposite lane of traffic. He was then hit by a 16-year-old operating another ATV.
No injuries were reported from a two-vehicle accident on County K in Darlington Township at 10 p.m. Monday, June 3. William D. Leitzen, 94, Gratiot, was southbound when he crossed the center line and struck the back of some farm machinery being pulled on a tractor driven northbound by David R. Loken, 65, Darlington. The tractor and farm implement sustained very minor damage. Darlington police assisted at the scene.
