Albany Police

ALBANY - A 16-year-old from Albany was cited for truancy Monday, Nov. 4.

• David J. Brill, 28, Albany, was cited for disorderly conduct Monday, Nov. 4.

• Hannah L. Johnson, 21, Albany, was arrested Friday, Nov. 8, on charges of disorderly conduct and battery.



Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - Jason L. Wood, 36, Janesville, was cited for driving with a revoked license at 3:44 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, in the 2100 block of 1st Center Avenue.

• Jacob S. Hoff, 23, Brodhead, was cited for non-registration of a vehicle and driving an uninsured vehicle at 2:10 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, in the 400 block of East 9th Avenue.



New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - A damaged pane of glass on an entrance door to a residence was reported in the 800 block of 2nd Street at 4:13 p.m. Monday, Nov. 4. An investigation revealed it was old damage and everything was fine.

• Kenneth J. Kruger, 31, New Glarus, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance after police stopped him for a traffic infraction on Wis. 69 and 11th Avenue at 6:37 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6.

• Police were dispatched to the 600 block of Wis. 69 for a commercial burglar alarm at 9:32 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6. A cleaning crew accidentally set it off.

• Jessica M. Byrne, 18, New Glarus, was cited for failure to stop for an adult crossing guard in the 1400 block of 2nd Street at 8:05 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 7.

• A stray cat that bit a resident in the 800 block of 10th Avenue was reported at 1:42 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8.

• Police helped the Green County Sheriff's Department with a cow in the ditch in the county at 5:25 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8.

• Chad W. Sweet, 42, New Glarus, was arrested on charges of reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct, intimidation of a victim and intimidation of a witness after police responded to a domestic disturbance in the 700 block of Windlach Street at 5:26 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9. He was jailed.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Shaun M. Kelley, 20, Monroe, was arrested on a second-offense charge of driving while intoxicated after deputies responded to the W7600 block of Smock Valley Road in Jordan Township at 11:52 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, for a report of a vehicle in the ditch. Kelley was eastbound when he lost control on a curve, went into the ditch and hit several trees. Kelley reported no injuries. The vehicle was severely damaged and towed. Kelley was also cited for failure to maintain control of a vehicle and failure to wear a seatbelt. He was released pending court.

• John S. Hannan, 23, Platteville, was cited for failure to maintain control after deputies responded to a one-vehicle crash at 4:18 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 10, on Wis. 11 at County GG in Spring Grove Township. He was eastbound when he attempted to pass two vehicles, saw oncoming traffic and lost control after entering the north shoulder. His vehicle hit a road sign and skidded across the highway into the south ditch. Hannan and his passengers reported no injuries from the accident. The vehicle was moderately damaged and towed.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Friday, Nov. 8:

• A deputy responded to the Monroe Clinic ER at 12:38 a.m. to take a report of a domestic dispute that occurred in Lafayette County.

• A deputy responded to a noise complaint on Galena Street in Benton at 12:46 a.m.

• Damage to a cargo trailer was reported at 10:30 a.m. on Esty Street in Shullsburg.

• John R. Emery, Jr., 62, Argyle, was cited for driving with a revoked license at 11:56 a.m. on Wis. 81 in Argyle.

• Connor J. Kotula, 19, Walworth, was cited for unreasonable and imprudent speeding at 2:35 p.m. on Wis. 11 in South Wayne.

• Sheldon E. Tank, 35, Loves Park, Ill., was cited for speeding and driving without proof of vehicle insurance at 3:04 p.m. on Wis. 11 in Wayne Township.

On Saturday, Nov. 9:

• A deputy responded at 11:20 a.m. to County G in Kendall Township to remove broken glass from the road.

• A deputy assisted Argyle police at 11:35 a.m. with investigating a stolen vehicle complaint at a residence on Breeze Terrace in Argyle.

• Joshua A. Stresing, 23, South Milwaukee, was cited for speeding at 1:45 p.m. on U.S. 151 in Belmont Township.

• An erratic driver was reported at 2:38 p.m. on Wis. 11 in Shullsburg Township.

• Whitney M. Clasen, 23, Darlington, was cited for driving without a valid license at 9:27 p.m. on Wis. 81 in Darlington Township.

• A deputy responded to Faymont Road in Lamont Township at 9:35 p.m. to provide traffic control until a tree could be removed from the road.

On Sunday, Nov. 10:

• Several deputies assisted Shullsburg police at 1:27 a.m. at the scene of a domestic disturbance at a residence on South Sydney Street in Shullsburg.

• Joseph D. Place, 24, Belmont, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated after deputies responded at 2 a.m. to a one-car accident on Carr Factory Road in Benton Township. He was southbound when he failed to negotiate a curve and drove straight off the curve into a private yard. He reported injuries from the crash but declined medical treatment. The 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt he was driving was moderately damaged and towed. Place was later released to a responsible party pending court.

• A deputy assisted Darlington police at 3 a.m. with an intoxicated male on Main Street in Darlington.

• Carla B. Pfab, 46, Asbury, Iowa, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance at 9:03 a.m. on U.S. 151 in Kendall Township.

• A deputy responded at 9:38 a.m. to a 911 hangup traced to Deetz Lane in South Wayne. It was a misdial and there was no need for assistance.

• Yolanda M. White, 49, Milwaukee, was cited for speeding at 9:44 a.m. on U.S. 151 in Kendall Township.

• Alec T. Rowley, 18, Plainfield, Ill., was cited for speeding and driving without proof of vehicle insurance at 10:20 a.m. on U.S. 151 in Kendall Township.

• Emmanuel N. Mbeboh, 35, Edgewood, Md., was cited for speeding at 11:15 a.m. on U.S. 151 in Kendall Township.

• Jason J. Foley, 32, Hazel Green, was cited for speeding at 12:05 p.m. on U.S. 151 in Kendall Township.

• Austin J. Lecuyer, 18, Streamwood, Ill., was cited for speeding at 9:26 p.m. on Wis. 81 in Seymour Township.
