DARLINGTON - Elizabeth Guevera, 32, Mineral Point, was cited for unlawful use of false identification at a Darlington bank at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 13, following an investigation into an allegation she attempted to use fake I.D. cards to open a bank account.

MONROE - On Thursday, June 13:
- Thomas R. Charles, 68, Mount Carroll, Ill., was cited for failure to yield right-of-way at a stop sign after police responded at 10:16 a.m. Thursday, June 13, to a two-vehicle accident without injuries in the 1100 block of 13th Avenue. Charles collided with a vehicle driven by Mary K. Schara, 61, Monroe.
- An allegation of child abuse in the 500 block of 19th Avenue was reported at 6:01 a.m. by a family member who lives elsewhere. It remains under investigation.
- A resident in the 200 block of West 22nd Street Court complained at 9:39 a.m. about neighbors doing automotive repairs in the street. The neighbors were changing a tire on a trailer parked along the street, which is not illegal, and police deemed the complaint unfounded.
- A complaint of dogs barking was reported at 11:38 a.m. in the 1200 block of 4th Street North. An officer located the dogs, but they weren't barking. The officer talked with the owner, who took the animals inside.
- Police responded to a complaint at 12:30 p.m. of a dog left in a vehicle parked by Burger King, 548 8th Ave. The dog had water and looked fine. An officer talked with the owner.
- A stray black cat was captured at 2:03 p.m. in the 1700 block of 15th Street. The cat was taken to the Green County Humane Society.
- An anonymous caller at 2:27 p.m. complained someone in the area of the 1100 block of 13th Avenue was playing drums so loud the racket could be heard a block away. An officer went to the area and heard a faint sound of drums but thought the nearby brewery was louder. The complaint was deemed unfounded.
- Police were called at 6:39 p.m. to the 400 block of 14th Avenue for a dispute between exes over annoying phone calls.
- A resident in the 2300 block of 14th Avenue reported at 7:05 p.m. that two young men nearby were fighting - yelling, pushing and shoving. The fight is still under investigation.
- A resident in the 1100 block of 30th Street reported a possible domestic problem at 9:22 p.m. between nearby neighbors. The responding officers discovered the neighbors weren't yelling at each other but at their dog, for ripping open a bag of garbage.
Lafayette County Sheriff
DARLINGTON - Dale F. Wiegel, 61, Darlington, was arrested on a probation hold on County K in Darlington Township at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 13. He was jailed.
- Daniel P. Wolff, 24, Oshkosh, was cited for speeding on Wisconsin 11 in South Wayne at 1:10 p.m. Thursday, June 13.
