NEW GLARUS POLICE

NEW GLARUS - On June 5:

• Rebecca Eilders Ceithamer, 63, Monroe, was cited at 1 a.m. for driving without vehicle insurance in the 1500 block of Wisconsin 69.

• Thomas W. Gardner, 35, Waunakee, was cited at 7:05 p.m. for speeding in the 600 block of Wis. 69.

• Casey M. Parkinson, 34, Monroe, was cited at 8:03 p.m. for a seatbelt violation in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.

• Emily C. M. Beuschel, 19, Juda, was cited at 10:45 p.m. for speeding in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.

On June 6:

• A barking dog was reported at 11:03 a.m. in the 400 block of Edelweiss Circle.

• Police assisted the Green County Sheriff at 2:08 p.m. with a subject in the N8700 block of County O.

• Police checked an individual's welfare at 4:23 p.m. on Wis. 69.

• A dog at large was reported at 5:13 p.m.

• Two dogs at large were reported at 10 p.m. on 2nd Street.

On June 7:

• A lost pair of prescription glasses was reported at 2:17 p.m. in the village.

• Suspicious activity was reported at 6:35 p.m. in the 300 block of 2nd Street.

• Derek A. Woulfe, 22, Platteville, was cited at 7:13 p.m. for driving without vehicle insurance in the 500 block of 6th Avenue.

• A skunk family was reported at 7:31 p.m. in the 1000 block of Tower Lane.

• A parking complaint was reported at 8:19 p.m. in the 600 block of 5th Street.

On Thursday:

• A car in a tree was reported at 8:26 a.m. in the 10 block of 14th Avenue.

• Police received multiple additional calls regarding the family of skunks in the 1000 block of Tower Lane. The homeowner agreed to contact an animal control specialist.

• Police cited a vehicle for improper parking in the 500 block of 1st Street.

• Randall S. Thiel, 50, Fitchburg, was cited at 6:16 p.m. on Wis. 69.

• Charles S. Waggener, 60, Freeport, was cited 7:35 p.m. for speeding on Wis. 69.

• Debris in the roadway was reported at 8 p.m. on Wis. 69.

• A barking dog was reported at 8:34 p.m. in the 700 block of 1st Street.

• A person destroying flowers was reported at 8:36 p.m. in the 500 block of 1st Street.

On Friday:

• A dog at large was reported at 10 a.m. in the 1300 block of 1st Street.

• Police helped unlock a vehicle at 6 p.m. in the 700 block of 2nd Street.

• Improper parking was reported at 6:15 p.m. in the 1000 block of Railroad Street.

• A driving complaint was made at 8:17 p.m.

• A parking complaint was made at 9:09 p.m. in the 700 block of 1st Street.

• Drugs were reported found in the park at 10:26 p.m. The drugs were determined to be antacid tablets.

On Saturday:

• Police checked an individual's welfare at 8:01 a.m. in the village.

• A lost bag was reported at 8:18 a.m.

• A parking complaint was made at 8:44 a.m. in the 400 block of 2nd Street.

• Police found a set of car keys in the 500 block of 1st Street and returned them to their owner.

• Police cited two vehicles at 6:40 p.m. for illegal parking in the 500 block of 2nd Street.

• Police found a pair of glasses at 7:24 p.m. in the 500 block of Railroad Street.

• Michael D. Halvorsen, 27, New Glarus, was cited at 7:41 p.m. for driving with a suspended license on 2nd Street.

• Several intoxicated individuals were reported trespassing at 8:18 p.m.

• Steven Goecke, 46, New Glarus, was arrested at 10:34 p.m. for disorderly conduct, battery, suffocation and false imprisonment in the 300 block of 2nd Street.

On Sunday:

• A lost smartphone was reported at 9:15 a.m. in the 100 block of 5th Avenue.

• An illegally parked vehicle was reported at 10:07 a.m. in the 800 block of 2nd Street.

• Police cited a vehicle at 12:27 p.m. for improper parking in the 600 block of 2nd Street.

• Police responded at 3:58 p.m. to a complaint of a dog in a parked car that was possibly exposed to excessive heat. Upon investigation, the dog was found to be fine.



GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - On Monday:

• Christopher A. Coleman, 44, Buhler, Kansas, was arrested at 1:15 p.m. on a warrant at the Green County Justice Center.

• Andrew J. Turpin, 21, Darlington, was cited at 11:37 p.m. for driving with a suspended license in the N2900 block of 18th Avenue, Town of Monroe.



LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF

DARLINGTON - On Monday:

• Jamie A. Teutschmann, 24, Gratiot, was cited at 9:24 a.m. for speeding on County W, Town of Monticello.

• A 911 misdial occurred at 6:35 p.m. on Christensen Drive in Darlington.

• A traffic complaint was made at 7:01 p.m. on Riverside Road, Town of Wiota.

• Deputies checked an individual's welfare at 8:28 p.m. on Apple Branch Road, Town of Argyle.
