Casey M. Parkinson, 34, Monroe, was cited at 8:03 p.m. for a seatbelt violation in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.
Emily C. M. Beuschel, 19, Juda, was cited at 10:45 p.m. for speeding in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.

On Thursday:
A car in a tree was reported at 8:26 a.m. in the 10 block of 14th Avenue.
Police received multiple additional calls regarding the family of skunks in the 1000 block of Tower Lane. The homeowner agreed to contact an animal control specialist.
Police cited a vehicle for improper parking in the 500 block of 1st Street.

Charles S. Waggener, 60, Freeport, was cited 7:35 p.m. for speeding on Wis. 69.

Michael D. Halvorsen, 27, New Glarus, was cited at 7:41 p.m. for driving with a suspended license on 2nd Street.
Several intoxicated individuals were reported trespassing at 8:18 p.m.
Steven Goecke, 46, New Glarus, was arrested at 10:34 p.m. for disorderly conduct, battery, suffocation and false imprisonment in the 300 block of 2nd Street.

A lost smartphone was reported at 9:15 a.m. in the 100 block of 5th Avenue.
An illegally parked vehicle was reported at 10:07 a.m. in the 800 block of 2nd Street.
Police cited a vehicle at 12:27 p.m. for improper parking in the 600 block of 2nd Street.
Police responded at 3:58 p.m. to a complaint of a dog in a parked car that was possibly exposed to excessive heat. Upon investigation, the dog was found to be fine.
