Monroe Police

MONROE - On Thursday:

• Robert P. Jackson, 36, Orfordville, was arrested at 5:34 p.m. for disorderly conduct while armed with a knife in the 2800 block of 13th Street. Jackson allegedly stopped his vehicle when he saw a couple he knew walking down the street. They got into an argument and he allegedly threatened them and pulled out a knife. Jackson was later pulled over without incident and jailed pending court.

• Cory C. Scheidegger, 31, Janesville, was arrested at 8:47 p.m. in the 1700 block of 30th Avenue for warrants issued through the Rock County Sheriff's Office. Scheidegger was jailed pending court.

• Nikki R. York, 42, Monroe, was arrested at 11:07 p.m. for domestic abuse related disorderly conduct in the 2300 block of 5th Avenue. York posted bond and was released pending court.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Nicholas R. Kernan, 26, Albany, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. Thursday, after he was stopped for a vehicle infraction on Wisconsin 104 at Wisconsin 59, Town of Albany. Kernan was arrested on a warrant issued by Green County for failure to appear to a court date. He was also cited for driving while revoked, failure to install an ignition interlock device and speeding. He was jailed pending court.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Thursday:

• A deputy continued investigating a theft at 1:05 a.m. that occurred on County XX, Belmont Township.

• A deputy responded at 10:59 a.m. to a nuisance call on Wis. 11, Village of Benton.

• A deputy responded to a report of a telephone scam at 2:14 p.m. on 3rd Avenue, Village of Benton.

• A deputy was dispatched at 3:45 p.m. to a civil dispute on County H, Elk Grove Township.

• A deputy responded to a dog running at large complaint on Rennick Road, Shullsburg Township at 6:15 p.m.

• A deputy checked the welfare of a disabled vehicle at 6:20 p.m. on Valley View Court, Darlington Township.

• A deputy took an unlawful use of a telephone complaint on County G, Belmont Township at 6:50 p.m.
