Albany Police

ALBANY - Analyse M. Worachek, 23, Janesville, was arrested Friday, July 27, on a charge of driving while intoxicated and driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration.

- Ryan S. Archer, 26, Evansville, was cited Friday, July 27, for driving with a revoked license.

- A 14-year-old Madison youth was cited Saturday, July 28, for trespassing.

Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - Justin P. Hilt, 29, Madison, was arrested on charges of felony bail jumping, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 5:26 a.m. Sunday, July 22, in the 2200 block of West 5th Avenue.

- Caleb W. Phillips, 25, Brodhead, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated (first offense), keeping open intoxicants in a vehicle and operating left of center at 2:24 a.m. Wednesday, July 25, in the 1700 block of 1st Center Avenue.

- Aaron C. Hottman, 30, Monroe, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign at 12:38 a.m. Tuesday, July 24, in the 100 block of 1st Street. Also cited was Cesario Santiago Eslava, 33, Brodhead, for keeping open intoxicants in a vehicle.

- Loren J. Olson, Jr., Brodhead, was cited for disorderly conduct at 5:50 p.m. Wednesday, July 25, in the 1000 block of 21st Street.

- Derek M. Forrest, 18, Clinton, was cited for speeding at 7:25 p.m. Wednesday, July 25, in the 600 block of 1st Street.

- A Brodhead male, 16, was cited for violating his driver's license restrictions at 12:33 a.m. Saturday, July 28, in the 1000 block of East 9th Avenue.

- Steven R. Straws, 52, Milton, was cited Saturday, July 28, for three counts of issuing worthless checks.

- William A. Drewes, 47, Juda, was cited Saturday, July 28, for disorderly conduct and harassment. The citations stem from an incident on Dec. 31, 2011.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Betty A. Helwig, 68, Albany, was cited for completing an improper turn at about 1:45 p.m. Saturday, July 28, following a two-vehicle collision in the intersection of West 8th Street and 6th Avenue West. Helwig struck a vehicle driven by Robert B. McClellan, 44, Monroe. One person complained of non-life threatening injuries, and Green County EMS responded. The vehicles were moderately damaged.

- A gas drive-off was reported at about 8:45 a.m. Saturday, July 28, at Kwik Trip, 1019 9th St. Arrangements were made and the fuel was paid for.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Pollieann Victoria Chiarello, 19, New Glarus, was arrested in New Glarus at 11:30 p.m. Friday, July 27, on two counts of obstructing police. She provided a false name to officers during two separate incidents. She was booked into the Green County Jail and then released pending court.

- James A. Melton, 48, Brodhead, was arrested on a charge of felony bail jumping at 7:10 p.m. Saturday, July 28, after deputies responded to a report of a man carrying a rifle around Clarence Bridge Park, N2320 Mount Hope Rd., in the Town of Spring Grove. He was jailed. The case remains under investigation.

- Chad C. Green, 27, Monroe, was cited for inattentive driving and driving without vehicle insurance at 7:12 a.m. Saturday, July 28, when deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash on Wisconsin 104 at Wisconsin 59 in the Town of Albany. Green rearended a vehicle driven by Susanna L. Mooney, 63, Madison, while was stopped at the stop sign. Neither driver was injured. Mooney's vehicle sustained severe rear-end damage and was towed. Green's vehicle sustained moderate front-end damage and was removed from the scene.

- Shando R. Boss, 26, Brodhead, was cited for driving without a motorcycle license and failure to notify police of a crash at 5:07 p.m. Saturday, July 28, after deputies responded with the Juda Fire Department to a motorcycle crash on County KS near Lumber Yard Road in the Town of Jefferson. Boss was westbound on County KS when he came upon a road-closed barricade. He swerved to drive around the barricade sign and then saw there was caution tape across the other lane, causing him to lose control and put the motorcycle on its side. Boss was injured but declined treatment. His passenger, Tracy J. Boss, 26, Brodhead, was transported by Green County EMS for injuries. The motorcycle sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.

- Ross C. Garland, 29, and Aaron A. Garland, 28, both of Beloit, were cited for trespassing after deputies responded at 5:59 p.m. Saturday, July 28, to a property in the W300 block of County E in the Town of Decatur for a report of people trespassing.

- Eugene R. Scheidegger, 50, rural Brodhead, was cited for reckless operation of a motor vehicle and driving with a suspended license at 7:50 p.m. Saturday, July 28, in the N2300 block of Mount Hope Road in the Town of Spring Grove.
