Daniel B. Lambert age 35 of Monroe, died unexpectedly on Monday, June 16, 2014 at University of Wisconsin Hospital. Dan was born October 23, 1978 in Denver, CO, the son of N. Fraser and Kathleen (Powers) Lambert. He graduated with a Masters Degree in Business from Ridgefield University in Crystal Lake, IL. Dan and Lindsay Gillen were married on September 27, 2007 in Riviera Mia, Mexico. He was co-owner of M&D Truck and Equipment Sales for the past 14 years. Dan was dedicated to his family and business, and loved traveling with his wife, children, and friends. He was a member of St. Victor Catholic Church.

Dan is survived by his wife, Lindsay Lambert; two loving children, Lilly and James, all of Monroe; his mother, Kathleen Lambert of Browntown; a brother, Mike (Katy) Lambert and their children, Aidan, Kira, and Breanna; two sisters, Tara (Kevin) Garry and their children, Anna, Jack, and Sonya, all of Monroe, and Kerrie Lambert of Browntown; aunts and uncles, Dan (Deb) Powers, Mike (Maureen) Powers, Cindy Powers, Jane Sarbaugh, and Kenny Schmitz; his mother and father-law, Deb (Michael) Hunt; and brother-in-law, Rob Gillen. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Daniel and Lillian Powers.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2014, at 11:00 a.m., at St. Clare of Assisi Parish at St. Victor Catholic Church, 1760 14th. Street, Monroe, with Father Michael Klarer, Celebrant. Visitation will be at the church on Friday, from 3:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a memorial education fund will be established for Dan's children.
