The court Monday entered a plea of not guilty and scheduled a June 30 district attorney conference for Craig A. Wallace, 28, Monroe, who stood mute to charges related to a disturbance.
Court records allege he threw a woman to the floor, held her down, threatened her, flipped over a table and a bed and ripped a door off its hinges April 30 at a Monroe residence.
He is charged with intimidation of a victim, a class G felony, false imprisonment, a class H felony, criminal damage to property, a class A misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor. He faces up to 17 years in prison and up to $46,000 in fines, if convicted.
He remains free on a $5,000 signature bond.
