Derek J. Larosh, 24, Monroe, had a signature bond set at $1,000 on Thursday, with additional conditions that he have no contact with the residents located in the 1300 block of 16th Street Monroe, not drink or do drugs and stay in his parents' home between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. unless going to and from his job. Larosh was charged with bail jumping on Wednesday because he was on bail from a previous case of driving while intoxicated. Larosh has a pre-trial conference set for May 27.

Jacinto Gutierrez-Lorenzano, 39, Darlington, will be on probation for two years as a part of a deferred prosecution agreement passed down on Wednesday, for charges of possession of THC with intent to sell. Gutierrez-Lorenzano was charged on Oct. 28.

Timothy A. Heinze, 35, Shullsburg, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea on Wednesday for driving with a controlled substance, 2nd offense. Heinze also had a charge of possession of THC dismissed. The charges stem from a traffic stop for speeding on Oct. 16, 2012. The arresting officer wrote in the report that Heinze had bloodshot eyes, failed the field sobriety tests and had a jar of marijuana in the backseat. Heinze will serve five days in jail, have his driver's license revoked for one year and an ignition interlock system installed after relicensing. He owes the court $1309.
