MONROE - A Beloit man was sentenced Monday, July 2 to two years in prison on a repeat conviction of driving while intoxicated.
John L. Reigle, 48, must also serve two years of extended supervision for his Class H felony conviction in Green County Circuit Court.
Court records indicate his blood-alcohol concentration was .159 percent at the time of his arrest last June for driving while intoxicated and that it was at least his fifth such offense. He pleaded guilty to the charge in April.
Reigle was fined $1,903 and had his driver's license revoked for three years.
