On March 29:

● At 3:43 PM, officers arrested Cary T. Studener, 61, of Watertown, at a business in the 500 block of 6th Street, on a warrant issued by the Green County Sheriff’s Office for two counts of posting/publishing sexually explicit images without consent. Studener was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.

On April 1:

● At 2:44 PM, officers arrested Marcus C. Fudge, 24, of Monroe, in the 2100 block of 10th Street on a warrant issued by the Dane County Sheriff’s Office. Fudge was confined in the Green County Jail pending further proceedings

● At 8:30 a.m., as a result of an investigation, Monroe Police and agents from the State Line Area Narcotics Team (SLANT Task Force executed a search warrant at a residence in the 200 block of 4th Avenue. The search warrant led to the arrest of Haylee M. McGinnis, 22, of Monroe, on charges of felony child neglect, felony possession with intent to deliver narcotics, felony maintaining a drug dwelling and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
