What are the top issues facing this district/municipality and how would you work to resolve it?

Most residents are neither aware of what is happening at the county level nor knowledgeable of how to be heard. This is the top issue for the residents of District 24. How can residents of a district expect to be represented accurately by their elected official if there is no communication? I will be creating a successful communication mechanism for the residents of District 24 so they will be aware of issues, able to easily communicate with me, and be appropriately represented on the county level.

What are other key issues facing the district/municipality, and how would you work to resolve them?

If I am doing my job correctly, the residents of District 24 will identify the issues that are key to them. I will inform my constituents of what is happening at the county level and listen to their views and responses. I will then vote and act accordingly to be a true representative of District 24.

Why are you the best candidate for this office?

I am approachable, responsive and steadfast. As a mother, wife, small farm owner and vested member of our community, I am committed to hearing your voice. I am an advocate of family farms and I support a sustainable, healthy and prosperous future for Green County.
