MONROE - Jennifer Lancaster, broker of Century 21 Zwygart Real Estate, recently attended the Century 21 International Management Academy at the brand's corporate headquarters in Madison, New Jersey.
The week-long academy featured a strategic overview by Rick Davidson, president and chief executive officer, Century 21 Real Estate LLC, as well as instruction on the fundamentals of effective real estate brokerage management and how to incorporate the many tools and resources available via the Century 21 System. Subject matter experts also took participants through the inner workings of how to incorporate strategy and proper planning to take their operations to the next level.
