MONROE - Make Waves summer library program is for children entering sixth through 12th grade. A calendar of events will be available at registration at the Monroe Public Library beginning June 7. Make Waves Programs are on Thursdays through June and July.Beneath the Sea brown bag art sessions are 1-2 p.m. Thursdays.
