Forth festivities return
Fireworks at Monroe’s Twining Park lit up the sky on July 4. After limited viewing in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the city’s annual fireworks display and all-day festivities returned. For more pictures from the Independence Day celebration, see Page A5.
