MONROE — A beloved part of the local holiday season will return this year with concerts by the Bel Canto Singers on Sunday, December 18. The concert will be presented twice, at 4:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. at St. Victor Catholic Church, 1760 14th Street, Monroe.
