BRODHEAD — Brodhead’s Local ADAW Tractor Drive and Ride Committee is proud to announce the 7th annual Tractor Drive and Ride on Sept. 27 at Spring Grove Town Hall, N2475 County GG. Everyone is welcome and a tractor is not needed to participate.

They will travel by the local senior nursing home and then to a scenic tour of the countryside on their way to the Juda Community Center for lunch. Tractor drivers must have a valid driver’s license or Tractor Safety Certificate.

Lunch, a free will donation, will be served by Boy Scout Troop #108 and will include brats, hot dogs and hamburgers. There will be a brief presentation of “10 Tips to a Brain Healthy Lifestyle” from Teena Monk-Gerber, dementia outreach specialist of Green and Rock Counties for the Alzheimer’s and Dementia Alliance of Wisconsin. Funds raised from the drive and ride will benefit programs, support and services to Green and Rock County families.

Registration begins at 9 a.m. on Sept. 27 at the Spring Grove Town Hall in Brodhead. The 7th annual Tractor Drive and Ride has 60 sponsors from local businesses, individuals and organizations.
