4-H hold third annual Duck Races in Juda

Members of the Next Generation 4-H Club set up for the Third Annual Duck Races during the Juda Forefather’s event behind L&S Truck Repair July 28.

JUDA — The Next Generation 4-H Club held the third annual Duck Races as part of the Juda Forefathers event July 28. 

A portion of the creek that runs behind L&S Truck Repair was used to race the ducks. Cleanup and setup for the races completed in the morning and the group came back to hold the races at 4 p.m. Winners of the races were: Hunter Foster  (first place), Dick Hillary (second place), Randy Greiner (third place), Mark Bredeson (fourth place), Jenny Lingle (fifth place), Ann Thompson (sixth place), Joe Van Matre (seventh place), Ayden Bergmann (eighth place), Dorothy Cramer (ninth place), Terry Hannaford (tenth place).
