Once again Monroe Wrestling Club headed in two different directions on Sunday, Feb. 12 with 11 wrestling at Mineral Point and nine wrestling at Milton.

Mineral point

Eli Schmitz (8U 54-57lbs) - 1st place; Colton Ladwig (10U 54-58lbs) - 2nd place; Jakobie Liphart (10U 58-59lbs) - 2nd place; Briggs Engelkens (10U 59-61lbs) - 3rd place; Kieran Ellingson (10U 64-67lbs) - 3rd place; Charles Pfeifer (10U 71-73lbs) - 2nd place; Decklin Doran (10U 77-81lbs) - 3rd place; Grayson Wallin (12U 56-60lbs) - 3rd place; Evan Johnson (12U 105-109lbs) - 1st place; Caleb Schmitz (14U 64-66lbs) - 1st place; and Jaylinn Miller (14U 160-170lbs) - 4th place.

Milton

Some of the MWC wrestlers at Milton competed in eight-man, even 16-man brackets, so the competition was tough but they all battled throughout the day.
