MONROE — The Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association released its all-state girls basketball teams for the 2019-20 regular season March 9.
In Division 5, Black Hawk’s trio of Hannah Butler, Bailey Butler and Natalie Leuzinger were all first-team selections.
It was Leuzinger’s fourth time receiving first-team all-state honors in D5. The future Wisconsin walk-on averaged 16.5 points per game this season, helping lead the top-ranked Warriors to a 26-0 mark headed into the state tournament March 12-14.
Bailey Butler, a junior, has also been a first-team all-state selection every year of high school. She averaged 15.3 points per game, and more than 6.5 assists and steals per game. She is committed to playing for UW-Green Bay after high school.
Hannah Butler, a senior, is a two-time all-state pick. She led the Warriors this season in scoring at 18.7 points per game, plus another 6.8 rebounds per game.
No other team in D5 had three players receive all-state honors. Wausau Newman Catholic and Clear Lake, both state qualifiers, had two all-state players.
