Carol Ann Stuckey (Judes)

Carol Ann Stuckey (Judes), 70, passed away peacefully November 30, 2023 at her home in Lancaster, Wisconsin. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. 


Carol was born September 16, 1953 in Sauk Centre. She was raised on the family farm, and her love for farm life remained throughout her life. She graduated from Sauk Central High School in 1971 and then attended technical college in Thief River Falls. 


She loved spending time with her family and playing cards, board games, yard games and caring for her horses. Carol also enjoyed years of writing to pen pals and cheering for the Minnesota Vikings. 

Carol devoted 20 years of service to Pamida/Shopko in Lancaster until its closing. She continued to work in the service industry with Kwik Trip and New Horizons Cenex. She made many friends and acquaintances during those years of service and always left a positive impact on those she worked with and in her community. 


She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Larry Stuckey of Lancaster; her mother Myrtle Judes of Sauk Centre; her children James (Barbi) Larson of Red Lake Falls, Timothy (Sarah) Larson of Barneveld, Wisconsin, Patrick (Emily) Larson of Tomah, Wisconsin and stepson Mark (Katy) Stuckey of Columbus, Wisconsin, her siblings Ken (Bonnie) Jud es, Carl (Sandy) Judes, and Daniel (Darla) Judes; her grandchildren BreeAnna (Dan) Erickson, Autumn Hale, Autumn, Hailey, Hunter, Logan, Kaleb, Alexis and Blake Larson, and Andrew, Ryan and Ella Stuckey. 

She was preceded in death by her father, Merle Judes, brothers Jeffrey Jud es and Dale Judes; and sister-in-law Gladys Judes. 

Private graveside services were previously held. A Celebration of Life for family and friends will be held on Saturday, May 4, from 1 :00 to 5:00 p.m, at Crosswinds Supper Club, 9315 Wisconsin Highway 80, Platteville, Wisconsin.
