MONROE - On Thursday:
• Matthew L. Wyss, 39, Monroe, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. for disorderly conduct after police responded to the 500 block of 22nd Street. Wyss was released to a responsible party after posting bond.
• Sean R. Schmelzer, 28, Brodhead, was arrested at 7:21 p.m. for driving while intoxicated, first offense, after police conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of Wisconsin 69. Schmelzer was released to a responsible party pending court.

• Deputies investigated a suspicious person complaint on East Center Street, Village of South Wayne, at 1:26 a.m. Green County deputies assisted at the scene.
• A deputy checked the welfare of an individual at 4:25 p.m. on Wisconsin 11, Shullsburg Township.

DARLINGTON - Arturo Andrade Leon, 25, Darlington, was cited at 3:36 a.m. Friday for driving without a valid license and no insurance following a traffic stop on County K.
