Benjamin Vazquez-Mendoza, 29, Darlington, was arrested during a traffic stop on Wis. 23 at about 8:05 a.m. on a warrant issued by Lafayette County. He was also cited for driving with a revoked license. He posted bond and was released pending court.
William H. Lineberger, 49, Darlington, was arrested on Lucy Street at about 9:55 a.m. on a warrant issued by Lafayette County. He posted bond and was released.
Karina Orizaba, 20, Darlington, was arrested on Louisa Street at about 11:10 a.m. on a warrant issued by Lafayette County. She posted bond and was released.
Alfredo Archaga, 21, Freeport, was cited for having open intoxicants in a motor vehicle at about 4:50 p.m. on Keep Street. He posted bond and was released pending court.

MONROE - On Monday, Oct. 28:
A shoplifter was reported at 1:48 a.m. at Stop-N-Go, 1607 9th St. The known suspect had left already and police didn't have enough information to charge him. Police advised the store clerk to tell him the next time he comes in that he's not welcome there, or to send him a letter.
A husband and wife arguing over which TV channel to watch called police at 2:10 a.m. to their home in the 2600 block of 8th Avenue. Both had been drinking. Police asked the wife, 44, and husband, 45, if they really wanted to go to jail over this, then put their 17-year-old son in charge of them.
A woman in the 300 block of 4th Street called 911 at 5:05 a.m. to report that her roommate was having an asthma attack. He was fine.
Possible dog abuse was reported at 10:30 a.m. in the 1200 block of 12th Street. Police found a small Dalmatian-mix with an injury and told the dog's owner to take it to the vet for treatment and bring back proof of the vet visit to the police department.
A woman in the 300 block of 4th Street reported a dispute with the father of her child at 11:32 a.m. He was refusing to drop off the child at a babysitter's. Police referred them to family court.
A theft of prescription medications was reported at 12:08 p.m. from a residence in the 1500 block of 14th Avenue. The resident suspected someone got in through an unlocked door while the resident was out.
Pornographic drawings scratched into freshly poured concrete were reported outside McDonald's at 1:23 p.m. in the 400 block of 8th Street. Staff at McDonald's didn't want to press charges but gave police the name of a suspect they wanted warned.
A bicycle found on a terrace in the 800 block of 17th Avenue was turned over to police at 5:04 p.m.
Police responded at 5:24 p.m. to a 911 misdial from children in the 2300 block of 14th Avenue.
Police were dispatched at 5:26 p.m. to a dispute between roommates in the 300 block of 2nd Street. One roommate was upset because another roommate stores belongings in the basement. Police determined that the landlord allows this.
On Tuesday, Oct. 29:
A woman was warned at 8:43 a.m. for walking her dog at Twining Park.
A "Publishers Clearinghouse" mail scam was reported at 8:44 a.m. in the 900 block of 10th Street. The resident said she called a number provided on the mailing and was billed for a call to Jamaica.
A 13-year-old girl was cited at 11:35 a.m. for second-offense truancy from Monroe Middle School.
A theft of prescription painkillers was reported at 2:37 p.m. from a home in the 1300 block of 25th Avenue. Police have leads.
Police were dispatched to a dispute between ex-spouses in the 1000 block of 11th Street. She let him take their children to Albany on the condition that he bring them back to Monroe. He disagreed. Police told them to take their issue to family court.
A black-and-white stray Labrador puppy was reported found at 11:23 p.m. in the 1900 block of 14th Avenue. The puppy was taken to the Green County Humane Society.
On Friday, Nov. 1:
Emily A. McGoff, 28, Monroe, was cited for retail theft at Walmart, 300 6th Ave. W., after police responded at 4:02 p.m. to a report that she shoplifted $370 in various products from the store.
Mitchel J. Disch, 32, Brodhead, was arrested at 4:34 p.m. at Walmart on a warrant issued by the Brodhead Police Department. Officers were at the store investigating an unrelated retail theft case and were notified that he was in the store and wanted on the warrant. Disch was jailed.
On Sunday, Nov. 2:
Nancy L. Pfaff, 46, Monroe, was arrested on a first-offense charge of driving while intoxicated with a passenger under the age of 16, after police responded to a sheriff's alert of a vehicle being driven suspiciously. Pfaff was stopped at 6:59 p.m. at 13th Avenue and 9th Street. She had a 10-year-old Gratiot girl in the car with her. She was also cited for driving with a suspended license (fourth offense) and unsafe lane deviation, then released to a responsible person.
Joshua A. Huber, 28, Dakota, Ill., was arrested on a first-offense charge of driving while intoxicated at 12:48 a.m. at the Green County Fairgrounds in the 2500 block of 10th Street. He was also cited for having open intoxicants in the vehicle, then released to a responsible person.
New Glarus Police
NEW GLARUS - Sharon M. Frills, 27, New Glarus, was cited for driving with a revoked license, failure to wear a seatbelt and failure to install her court-ordered ignition-interlock device at 8:30 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 27, on 6th Avenue at Railroad Street.
Kayla M. Grant, 22, Fitchburg, was cited for driving with a suspended license and a suspended registration at 1:41 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27, on 6th Avenue at Railroad Street.
An abandoned vehicle was reported in the 500 block of 14th Avenue at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 28. Police located the owner, who said the vehicle was in the process of being removed.
Todd M. Decker, 48, Rockford, was cited for not having a seller's permit after police received several complaints at about 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 29, of a man going door-to-door trying to sell meat.
A natural gas odor was reported in the 1100 block of 2nd Street at 6:26 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31. WE Energies was contacted to resolve the problem.
Police received a parking complaint of a trailer parked in the 200 block of 2nd Street at 7:55 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, and contacted the owner.
Harassment between neighbors in the 1300 block of 14th Avenue was reported at 11:47 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 2. The incident is still under investigation.
Police responded to a disturbance between some customers at a convenience store on Wis. 69 at 9:01 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 2. One customer was accusing another of not being of age to purchase an item. All parties were of age and no further action was needed.
Police investigated a suspicious vehicle parked at Veterans Park at 9:22 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 2. Two juveniles in the vehicle said they were just talking. Police advised them they would have to move on when the park closes at 10 p.m.

A dog bite that occurred Oct. 25 was reported at 4:11 p.m. on North Judgement Street in Shullsburg.
An erratic driver was reported at 5:42 p.m. on Wis. 11 in Wayne Township. A deputy made contact with the driver. Everything was found to be OK.

Camilla Samuel-Randolf, 24, Browntown, was arrested on a domestic abuse-related charge of disorderly conduct after a deputy responded to a report of a disturbance at 10:01 a.m. on Wis. 11 in South Wayne. She was jailed.
Robert A. Marx, 39, Cuba City, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance at 11:57 a.m. on Wis. 81 in Seymour Township.
Mark W. Scott, 56, Argyle, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a deputy responded at 12:15 p.m. to a report of an intoxicated man causing a disturbance on South Lafayette Street in Argyle. Scott posted bond and was released.
A deputy responded to Meier Road in Wayne Township at 1:02 p.m. to keep the peace while a person removed personal property from a residence.
