MONROE - Thomas C. Smith, 65, Monroe, was arrested at 6:16 a.m. Monday on a Wisconsin Community Corrections warrant in the 2700 block of 81/2 Street. Smith was jailed.

MONROE - On Monday:
Jorge Manu-Flores, 25, Madison, was cited at 3:08 a.m. for driving without a valid license and speeding in the N9200 block of County D, Town of Exeter.
Zachary T. Blumenberg, 31, Argyle, was arrested at 3:51 p.m. for domestic disorderly conduct, battery and false imprisonment in the N3200 block of Jordan-Wiota Road, Town of Jordan. At the same time, Jessica D. Cobb, 39, Argyle, was arrested on a Freeport Police warrant. Both were jailed.

DARLINGTON - On Monday:
Deputies checked an individual's welfare at 9:16 a.m. on Main Street in Darlington.
Debris in the roadway was reported at several locations throughout the county after an evening storm. No injuries were reported.
