MONROE - A 16-year-old female was arrested about 5:15 p.m. Thursday in the 400 block of 4th Avenue West for retail theft. She was released pending court.

DARLINGTON - Paul K. Perrin, 36, and Scott A. Johnson, 28, both of Blanchardville, were cited for open intoxicants in a motor vehicle around 1 a.m. Thursday on County H in Blanchardville Township, after a traffic stop. Johnson was the driver.
Jackson P. W. Daley, 19, Argyle, and Tyler J. Marty, 19, Blanchardville, were cited for underage alcohol consumption about 1 a.m. Thursday on County H in Blanchardville Township. Marty was arrested and taken to Lafayette County Jail and being held for the Department of Corrections.
Alexander J. Shoemaker, 18, Argyle, was cited for operating after revocation, hit and run to an unattended vehicle, and failure to maintain control of a vehicle, about 9:30 a.m. Thursday. Deputies report he hit a legally parked vehicle in the Village of Argyle and fled the area. Julie A. Shoemaker, 47, Argyle, was cited for allowing an unauthorized person to drive.
Terrance J. Mutert, 42, Benton, was arrested around 6 a.m. Thursday and taken to Lafayette County Jail, where he is being held for the Department of Corrections.
