Green County Sheriff 

MONROE — No injuries were reported from a single-vehicle accident at 9:42 p.m. Feb. 24 in the N6800 block of County Z, Town of Albany. Randall J. Manning, 61, Spring Green, was northbound when he failed to negotiate a curve due to the snow-covered roadway and entered the ditch and hit a tree. His vehicle sustained disabling damage. It was towed. 

On Feb. 25: 

●  No injuries were reported from a single-vehicle accident at 12:35 a.m. in the W5700 block of Mings Road, Town of Clarno. Michelle L. Offerdahl, 23, Monroe, was eastbound when she lost control of her vehicle and entered the ditch and rolled onto its side. Her vehicle sustained disabling damage. It was towed. She was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating under the influence. She was also cited for possession of THC, open intoxicants in motor vehicle and unsafe/imprudent speed. She was released to a responsible party.  

●  No injuries were reported from a single-vehicle accident at 4:49 p.m. in the W6300 block of Wis. 39, Town of New Glarus. Glen M. Holzman, 50, New Glarus, was eastbound when he failed to negotiate a curve and entered the ditch hitting a power pole and tree. His vehicle sustained disabling damage. It was towed. He was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating under the influence. He was released to a responsible party. 


Monroe Police 

MONROE — No injuries were reported from a two-vehicle accident at 6:22 p.m. Feb. 26 on 6th Street and 22nd Avenue. Forrest P. Evans, 28, Stoughton, was eastbound on 6th St. and hit the rear of another eastbound vehicle operated by a 48-year-old Waunakee woman. Both vehicles sustained severe damage. They were towed. Evans was cited for inattentive driving. 


Lafayette County Sheriff 

DARLINGTON — On Feb. 18: 

●  No injuries were reported from a one-vehicle accident at 9:10 p.m. on U.S. 151, Town of Belmont. Leonard W. Gunn, 60, Athens, Georgia, was southbound when he lost control of his semi due to slippery conditions and entered the ditch. Belmont Fire and Belmont EMS assisted. 

On Feb. 19: 

●  Amy R. Webster, 44, Argyle, reported hitting a deer at 7:24 p.m. on County N, Town of Wiota. Her vehicle sustained minor damage. 

●  Emily A. Wardlow, 21, Argyle, reported hitting a deer at 8:55 p.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Argyle. Her vehicle sustained minor damage.
