DARLINGTON — On Jan. 27:

●  Property damage was reported at 7:27 p.m. on Stub Lane, Town of Darlington. Thomas A. Jones, 30, Darlington, backed into a mailbox. His 2011 Kia sustained minor damage. 

●  A vehicle in the ditch was reported at 8:14 p.m. on West Mound Road, Town of Belmont. Kennedy J. Johnston, 17, Platteville, lost control of her vehicle causing it to exit the roadway and enter the ditch. Her 2005 Buick sustained minor damage. 

On Jan. 28: 

●  Mandy K. Koch, 43, Argyle, reported hitting a deer at 6:25 p.m. on County A, Town of Argyle. Her 2008 Honda sustained moderate damage. 

●  Kimberly L. McCallister, 40, Shullsburg, reported hitting a deer at 6:48 p.m. on County O, Town of White Oak Springs. Her 2007 Chevrolet sustained moderate damage. 

●  No injuries were reported from a one-vehicle accident at 11:44 p.m. on Wis. 78, Town of Gratiot. Marcelo Amayo-Garcia, 35, Darlington, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated. He was also cited for failure to maintain control of vehicle, failure to notify police of an accident and failure to stop at stop sign. He was released to a responsible party. Gratiot First and Gratiot Fire assisted. 

On Jan. 29:

●  David F. Hodgson, 58, Gratiot, reported hitting a deer at 11:05 a.m. on Dunbarton Road, Town of Gratiot. His 2018 Toyota sustained moderate damage.

On Feb. 1:

●  William M. Weinbrenner, 76, Mineral Point, reported hitting a deer at 8:14 a.m. on County G, Town of Willow Springs. His 2012 Ford sustained minor damage. 

On Feb. 2:

●  Joshua J. Blackbourn, 36, Cuba City, reported hitting a deer at 5:18 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of New Diggings. His 2015 Dodge sustained moderate damage. 


Green County Sheriff 

MONROE — No injuries were reported from a single-vehicle crash at 7:09 p.m. Feb. 1 in the N6200 block of Silver Road, Town of Mt. Pleasant. Gunnel F. Ragner, 90, New Glarus, was northbound when she failed to negotiate a curve and exited the roadway. Her vehicle sustained disabling damage. It was towed.
