On October 5:

● At 5:43 p.m. Jose Migel Baldivia Robles, 43, Monroe, was stopped for speeding and passing into oncoming traffic in the N4400 block of STH 69, Town of Monroe. He was cited for speeding, No Valid DL, False Display of Registration, and Failure of Transferee to Obtain Title. He was warned for no proof of insurance and passing into oncoming traffic. He was released with a court date.

● At 9:37 p.m. Deputies responded to several 911 calls about a disorderly person in the 100 block of N Jackson St, in the Village of Albany. The subject had fled the scene prior to Deputies arrival.  The investigation is still ongoing

On October 7:

● At 5:29 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the W4900 block of STH 11, in the Town of Monroe. The investigation resulted in the driver, Keith A. Hertzner, 31, of Winnebago, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession of THC, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Hertzner was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.

On October 10:

● At 7:40 a.m., Deputies were notified of a traffic complaint driving erratically westbound from the W2300 block of STH 92. Deputies located the vehicle and stopped it in the N9300 block of STH 92, Town of Exeter for operating left of center. Investigations resulted in the driver, Jeffrey D Meissen, 32, of Durand (IL) being cited for possession of marijuana (less than 25 grams). Meissen was warned for going left of center and possession of illegal drug paraphernalia. Meissen was released with a court date.

● At 8:09 a.m., Deputies responded to a residence in the W800 block of Taylor Trl, Town of Decatur, for a suspicious activity complaint. Adrian Heydn, 32, reported seeing people living under his residence, but some of them fled after being discovered by him. There were no signs of people staying under the residence. Heydn was arrested on body only warrants through Sauk County and Rock County. WI DOC also placed a hold on Heydn for violating his rules of probation. He was jailed, and then turned over to Sauk County Deputies.
