On June 2:
● At approximately 1:34 p.m., Deputies responded to the intersection of County Highway E and Brooklyn Albany Rd, Town of Albany, for a report of a two vehicle accident. Investigations found that a vehicle operated by Mark J Henderson, 47, of Albany was westbound on Brooklyn Albany Rd and stopped at the intersection. Henderson continued into the intersection and was struck by a southbound vehicle operated by Kelli M Arn, 47, of Brodhead. Henderson reported no injuries, reported wearing his seatbelt, and the airbags did not deploy within his vehicle. Arn reported no injuries, reported wearing her seatbelt, and the airbags deployed within her vehicle. Both Arn’s and Henderson’s vehicles sustained disabling damages and were towed from the scene.
On June 3:
● At 9:22 p.m., Deputies responded to the 400 blk of S. Mechanic St., in the Village of Albany for a report of a disorderly disturbance. Investigation resulted in Andrew J. Stephan, 57, of Albany, being placed under arrest for disorderly conduct. Stephan was transported to the Green County Jail where he posted bond and was released pending court.
On June 5:
● At 4:11 p.m., Deputies, Monticello FD, and New Glarus EMS, responded to the W3600 block of CTH C, in the Town of Mt. Pleasant, for a reported motorcycle crash. The investigation found that a motorcycle, driven by Trevor C. Watson, 29, of Monticello, was traveling eastbound overtaking a slow moving vehicle. Watson then lost control of his motorcycle and was ejected from it. The motorcycle then traveled into the north ditch, where it collided with a power pole before coming to a rest. Watson was wearing required safety equipment and sustained non-life-threatening injuries. The motorcycle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.
On June 6:
● At 11:38 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding in the N8000 block of STH 104, in the Town of Brooklyn. The investigation resulted in the driver, Jose P. Vasquez, 52, of Cottage Grove, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence. Vasquez was additionally cited for Possession of Marijuana. Vasquez was later released to a responsible person pending court.
On June 7:
● At 1:26 PM, Deputies responded to the N5500 block of Shea Ln., in the Town of Albany, for a reported Domestic Abuse Injunction Violation. Following an investigation, Gina K. Allen, 55, of Oregon, was placed under arrest for violating a Domestic Abuse Injunction. Allen was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.
