A vehicle was fully-engulfed by fire on County N behind Walmart on Monroe’s far northwest side Thursday morning. The 9-1-1 call came in around 9:45 a.m. and Monroe Fire Department’s Ladder Truck 5 was on scene not long after to put out the flames. According to dispatch traffic, the driver and all passengers exited the vehicle safely.
