"Roscoe's Treasure" is written by Frances Milburn, a retired middle school teacher from Watertown. The story is geared toward third through eighth-grade reading and interest levels, as well as special education classes in middle and high school. It is filled with character lessons and real consequences throughout the nine chapters.
