MONROE - In anticipation of reduced customer traffic at postal retail units and in an effort to reduce expenses, most post offices in Wisconsin and the Upper Penninsula will be closed for retail sales on Friday, July 4, and Saturday, July 5. There will be no mail delivery on Friday, July 4. Letter carriers will make their regular deliveries on all routes on Saturday, July 5.
The Monroe Post Office will be closed on Friday, July 4, and open for retail sales from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, July 5, only.
