DARLINGTON - The Memorial Healthcare Foundation, Grants and Career Development Committee will be accepting applications for Healthcare Scholarships. Applications will be available April 1 on the hospital website. The deadline to submit applications is April 30. Submit applications at www.memorialhospitaloflafayettecounty.org.
To qualify, an applicant must be a resident of Lafayette County, be pursuing a degree in a health care related field, have completed one year of post-secondary education, have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and have not received this award within the last 12 months.
There will be five $1000 scholarships awarded this year pending the number of applications and qualifications of the candidates. The final awards will be determined by the MHF Grants and Career Development Committee.
