Letter to the Editor: 

Calling all “Gen X & Y”ers! What an exciting time in our history! One where we can say that a local Circuit Court Judge race is between not only two women, but two women of our generations! I have a huge amount of respect for both candidates for paving the way for future generations to see that anything is possible if you work hard for it. After careful consideration of each candidate’s background and experience, I have chosen to vote for Jane Bucher. Her experience in our circuit courts is exactly what we should be seeking in our new judge. I am grateful that Jane stepped up and put herself out there to take on this campaign. I am grateful that with our votes, we will have a new judge who, after years of preparing for this position in her career as a courtroom attorney, will be ready on day one to step in and better our court systems. I am grateful that the residents of Green County who find themselves in our court room will have a fair and unbiased judge to hear their case. Absentee ballots are available now and in-person voting takes place April 6. Get out and vote, your vote absolutely matters in making sure we elect a qualified candidate. Vote Jane Bucher.
