The Monroe Cheesemakers football team opened its fall camp on Tuesday, Aug. 4 on its new field, Badger State Ethanol Stadium on the new MHS campus. Monroe hosts Darlington in a scrimmage on Aug. 14 for its first competition on the new field. The season opener is Friday, Aug. 21 at Lodi, and the first home game in the new stadium will be Aug. 28 against Oregon. For more photos from Monroe’s opening night of practice, go to page 12.
